Biography
Prof. Antonio Juárez is Full Professor for Microbiology at the Microbiology Department of the University of Barcelona since 1993. He has been vice-rector of research of the University of Barcelona. His current research interests are molecular aspects of bacterial virulence and the use of nanotechnologies to characterize single cells and macromolecules.
