Predoctoral researcher at the Phase Transitions in Health and Disease Research Group

The candidate will apply for a fellowship “Ayudas para contratos predoctorales para la formación de doctores” associated to the “Severo Ochoa Mención de Excelencia” granted to IBEC by the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:

  • Designing Deep Mutagenesis Experiments
  • Performing Selection Assays
  • Analyzing Large Sequencing Data

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • Degree and Master in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Engineering
  • The candidate must have obtained the MS no later than September 2019.
  • Substantial Lab Experience
  • Cloning Expertise and Computational Skills (R, Phyton) will be a plus
  • Communication, Teamwork, Commitment, Proactivity, Collegiality, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking.
  • High level of English
